Doctor of engineering sciences, professor managing the department of the electromechanics systems with the computer management of the Odesa national technical university.

 Scientist is in industry of electromechanics CASS and electromechanic and automation of technological processes. Doctor of engineering sciences (2005), professor (2007).

He was born on June, 4 in 1956, in 1978 an electromechanics faculty made off the Odessa polytechnic institute after speciality "Electromechanic and automation of industrial options". For period of labour activity worked on positions of engineer, junior scientist, senior staff scientist, senior teacher, associate professor, manager of department.

In 1986 protected candidate's dissertation, and in 2005 - doctoral dissertation. The scientific rank of professor is appropriated in 2007.

Published 102 the advanced and training methodology studies, from them there are 2 monographs and 2 train aids. Got 11 copyright certificates on inventions and 2 patents.

He was a responsible performer and scientific leader rows of the advanced studies, which was executed on the department of the electromechanics systems with a computer management after priority directions of development of science and technical.

            Member of the Ukrainian association of engineers of electricians. Member of the specialized scientific council of defence of candidate dissertations at the Odessa national polytechnic university. Leader of seminar " of Problem of management and system of optimization of technological processes" of Scientific Advice of the National academy of sciences of Ukraine valve electromechanics on complex issue "Scientific bases of electroenergy".
