NEW RULES OF REGISTRATION FOR THE MANUSCRIPTS PRESENTED TO EDITORIAL BOARD OF THE JOURNAL ► International, new requirements to articles registration How to design a scientific article correctly Dear authors! We submit to your attention the updated international requirements which the manuscripts directed for the publication have to correspond. On this page you can examine innovations in our rules, focused on the international standards recommended by authoritative sources (for example, Scopus, Index Copernicus International). Publications in the magazine are subject only original articles which earlier haven't been published in other periodicals. All materials have to be sent in a text editor of Word in one of the doc formats. The file of article has to contain directly article text, and also information on the author (authors). Font – Times New Roman. Size – 12. Interval – 1,5. Paragraph space – 1,75. Document fields: top – 2, bottom – 2,5, left – 2, right – 2. Transfers are put down automatically. Reductions and symbols, except common (including in English-language special texts), apply in exceptional cases or give their interpretation at the first use. Units of physical quantities should be given in the international system of SI. It is allowed to give in parentheses near size in SI system value of size in the system of units used in the initial document. Tables, formulas, drawings, schemes, charts join if necessary if they help to open the main contents of article and allow to reduce volume. Pages aren't numbered. The text is leveled on page width. Presenting the work text for the publication in the journal, the author guarantees lack of plagiarism and other forms of illegal loan in the work manuscripts, the necessary links concerning all loans of the text, correctness of all data on. Structure of the articles On the first line of the text after a headline (alignment on the left side) is specified an index of classification of UDC (see, for example: teacode.com/online/ udc or udk-codes.net). On the next line – the Surname, initials of the author, a scientific degree. At submission of article in a co-authorship information on each author is provided in the new paragraph. On the next line on the center – article Name in Russian or Ukrainian languages. On the next line – the summary (the author's summary) in language of an article, from 35 to 50 words, in English, and then in Ukrainian or Russian respectively is written. The summary has to be: • informative (not to contain the general words to use significant words from article text); • original (Russian-speaking and English-speaking options not necessarily have to be copies); • substantial (to reflect the main contents of article and results of researches); • structured (to follow logic of the description of results in article, according to the scheme: subject, subject, work purpose; method or methodology of carrying out work; scope of results; conclusions, novelty). Example Our method allows one to identify the unknown parameters of nonlinear multivariable dynamic systems in real-time operation. An analysis of parameter convergence is provided, and, the regions of convergence is found by using the Lyapunov stability theory. Analytic, numerical and experimental studies are reported to illustrate and validate the mixed parameter identification and state estimation concept. The motor resistances are identified within practical operating modes. The proposed identification concept with state estimation ensures robustness and reduces shortcomings of identification algorithms. The aforementioned advantages uniquely suit advanced control schemes, such as adaptive and vector controls. Accurate identification of parameters allows one to guarantee optimal and energy-efficient operating envelopes which are of a very significant importance in energy and power systems. The experimental results illustrate that the motor parameters match the real motor parameters. Our findings are applicable in various high-performance energy, power and electromechanical systems. On the next line – Keywords in language the summary is written in (phrases are allowed no more than from 2 words) – not less than 15-20 words. Keywords (author's keywords) have to reflect the main contents of article, whenever possible not repeat title and summary terms, to use terms from article text, and also the terms defining subject domain and including other important concepts which allow to facilitate and expand possibilities of finding of article with means of the information retrieval system. Example Keywords: knowledge extraction, temporal relationships, natural language processing, event categorization, timestamp normalization, temporal annotations, temporal reasoning, tense logics, event ontologies, lexical aspect, temporal topologies, relationship extraction On the next line – in English the Surname, the Name, the Middle name of the author a position without reductions), an honorary title, a scientific degree, an academic status, the address, an e-mail.
